Social media influencer and actor Kusha Kapila has publicly announced her separation from husband Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia. The couple took to Instagram simultaneously to share the news of their split. In a heartfelt post, they stated that the decision was mutual and emphasised their commitment to co-parenting their beloved dog, Maya. Kusha Kapila and Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years.
Kusha Kapila recently appeared in the second season of "Masaba Masaba" and made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival. She has also been part of projects such as "Plan A Plan B," "Selfiee," and "Case Toh Banta Hai," among others.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Kusha Kapila and Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia alike expressed that both of them had mutually decided to part ways. She acknowledged that the decision had not been easy but believed it was the right one for them at this point in their lives.
She mentioned that their shared love and life still held great significance to them, but unfortunately, their current desires and aspirations were no longer aligned. She added that they had given their all until they reached a point where they couldn't continue anymore.
Kusha further stated that the end of a relationship was heartbreaking and had been a challenging experience for both of them and their families. She expressed gratitude for the time they had to process the situation, considering their journey together had spanned over a decade.
Kusha Kapila acknowledged the need for more time and healing as they transitioned into the next phase of their lives. Their current focus was to navigate this period with love, respect, and support for one another. She assured that they would continue to co-parent Maya, whom they considered the love of their lives, and would remain each other's cheerleaders and pillars of support.
