The domestic smart nutrition manufacturers Ayush Wellness has declared a bonus issue for its 1,62,25,000 equity shareholders in the ration of 1:2 , rewarding them shareholders will receive 1 bonus equity share for every 2 equity shares held on the record date.

The current market price of Rs. 112.80 per share for Ayush Wellness stock.

Ayush Wellness Stock opened at ₹112.80 and continued to remain locked in the upper price band.

Ayush Wellness share price having risen 2000% year to date has given more than 3300% returns over last one year, proving to be a Multibagger stock for investors.

Aayush Wellness has also announced fund raising of up to Rs. 49.90 Crores through Rights Issue for funding its expansion and business acquisitions. Ayush Wellnes said that this would enable the existing shareholders to participate in the company’s fund-raising program and benefit from the special rights issue price. The rights issue price and schedule will be intimated separately.

In Q1FY25, company has reported strong quarterly earnings. Aayush Wellness reported an impressive 6300% y-o-y topline growth and 183.56% y-o-y net profit growth. Aayush Wellness's total revenue stood Rs. 1110.56 lakhs versus Rs. 17.35 lakhs in June 2023 quarter. Aayush Wellness Net profit stood at ₹25.49 lakhs, versus ₹8.98 lakhs in the same quarter last year. This notable growth as per company has been fueled by the successful expansion and enhancement of its product portfolio, alongside strong performance across its core business segments in the Healthcare and wellness sector.

Ayush Wellness meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 to consider and approve its Q2 and first Half FY25 results.
