PSB Recruitment 2024: Registration for Specialist Officer posts closes today, September 29. Know all details here

Punjab & Sind Bank (PSB) is set to end the registration for Specialist Officer positions today i.e. September 29, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official wesbite i.e. punjabandsindbank.co.in for a total of 213 available posts.

The late for editing application details along with the payment of fees is also today. As per the official notification, the last date for printing application is October 14. Earlier, the last date was set as September 22 after which it was extended to September 29.

The positions are available for the recruitment of specialist officers in JMGS I , MMGS II ,MMGS III and SMGS IV.

Eligibility to apply for Punjab & Sind Bank's (PSB) Specialist Officer positions

As per the official notification, A candidate must either be (i) citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1 Jan, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the interview but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the recessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the Government of India.
