Its products are marketed under the Divyol brand. The Company has operations in domestic as well as international markets. Its subsidiaries include Gandhar Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Gandhar Foundation, Texol Lubritech FZC, and Texol Lubricants Manufacturing LLC. The Company operates three manufacturing facilities in Taloja (Maharashtra), Silvassa (Dadra and Nagar Haveli) and Sharjah (UAE).
