Gurgaon Haryana Election Results 2024: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday won all four assembly seats in Gurgaon district —Pataudi, Gurgaon, Sohna, and Badshahpur— considered to be a stronghold of the saffron party.
BJP candidates Bimla Chaudhary, Rao Narbir Singh, Mukesh Sharma and Tejpal Tanwar won in Pataudi, Badshahpur, Gurgaon and Sohna constituencies, according to Election Commission data as of 6 pm on Tuesday.
Amid the anti-incumbency wave in Haryana, four assembly seats in Gurgaon district remained a key poll battle for Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party. The four Haryana assembly seats, i.e. Gurgaon, Pataudi, Badshahpur and Sohna, remained dominated by the BJP despite facing competition from Congress and strong independent candidates like Kalyan Singh Chauhan, Javed Ahmed, Dayaram, and Subhash Chand.
The early election numbers indicate, BJP candidates leading in three out of four constituencies falling in Gurgaon district. Here is the top update of Gurgaon seats vote counting result.

BJP Candidate Mukesh Sharma defeated party rebel Naveen Goyal with a margin of 68045 votes. Sharma had won a total of 1,22,615 votes. Goyal is a former BJP leader who contested the Haryana Assembly Elections as an independent candidate after he was denied party ticket this time.
BJP's Bimla Chaudhary won the assembly elections in Haryana from the Pataudi seat by defeating Congress candidate Pearl Chaudhary with a massive margin of 46,530. The leader had won a total of 98,519 votes, according to Election Commission website.
Rao Narbir Singh from BJP won the election from Badshahpur seat with a margin of 60,705 votes against Congress candidate Vardhan Yadav. Narbir Singh won the election after garnering 1,45,503 votes.
BJP candidate Tejpal Tanwar defeated Rohtas Singh of Congress with a margin of 11,877 votes. Tejpal Tanwar won the election after garnering 61,243 votes.
Despite being a key constituency, the Millenium city in NCR witnessed low turnout on election day. According to the Election Commission of India’s data, Gurgaon had only 57.96 percent voters participating in elections on election day.
In the Haryana Assembly Elections, 1,031 candidates are in the fray, including 101 women and 464 independents. Vote counting began at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, and the results are likely to be out by Tuesday evening.
